This policy explains how D.P. C.G. Properties Limited ("we", "us") handles personal information you provide through this website. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the location and dates you need, headcount, and any message. We also record the date and time of the enquiry.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare availability and quotes, and arrange accommodation if you proceed. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without separate consent.
Enquiries are stored securely in a database hosted by Supabase in the UK/EU (London) region, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as our data processors under appropriate terms.
To protect the enquiry form from automated spam and abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile. It performs a privacy-preserving check to confirm you are a real person; it does not use tracking cookies or profile you across websites. This is done in our legitimate interest of keeping the form secure.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 24 months), then delete them.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop using it. Contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
